We begin with a meet and greet in your home.

• We meet in your home with you and your animal(s)

• Discuss feeding and/or medication schedules

• Discuss needs (ie. when you are leaving/returning)

• How to access your home (ie. key, code, garage access etc.) A key or access should be provided at this time. **All keys picked up after meet and greet and/or returned after services will be $25 visit fee**

• Other care instructions and questions

• Additional meet ups prior to your scheduled care are considered visits and will follow standard rates
